The crew that showed up for my water heater replacement were professional, quick with their work, and demonstrated clear knowledge of the process and code requirements.

My water heater was the original from when my house was built in 2004, so I know it was 20+ years of use.

The new water heater was placed with attention to accessibility for the controls as my rolling tool chest sits next to it and blocked the original heater controls. This added thought by the crew is greatly appreciated. Additional grounding wire and a new gas valve were also required since 2004 and both were installed quickly and skillfully.
