I’ve been using Presto for a few years now. They’re convenient to book with online, text the day of with an arrival window and are out within a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

I’m not sure if the going price for carpet cleaning because it’s been so long since I’ve had it done but as part of my lease agreement, we are required to have the carpets cleaned so I can’t speak to value but my property management company endorsed Presto and I figured I’d go with who they recommended. But as far as customer service, they were definitely 5 stars! They squeezed us in with very little notice. They were friendly and efficient and when I went back to check it out, the carpets looked better than they did when I moved in 5 years ago!
