Darren is a pleasure to work with. We had used Precision a week or so ago and Darren was sent out. Our experience was very positive so when we needed a plumber again we requested Darren. This experience was again handled very efficiently.
I’m giving Precision 4 stars, but if I could, I’d rate them 4.5. The team did a lot of work and overall did a great job. From start to finish, communication was good, everyone was professional, friendly, and the final results look solid. There were just a couple of small hiccups which is why I didn’t mark it as a full 5 stars. I would definitely use them again.
Maria was very helpful. When I called, I wasn’t sure if my water heater was under warranty, and she helped me figure out that it was, and she gave me the number to the company that made the water heater, so the part I needed would be covered, then she called me to follow up and see if the part was delivered, and if I still wanted to schedule an installation. She was able to get me on the schedule for the next day, and Darren replaced the part for me. Maria and Darren went above and beyond.
