Our technician, Chris, showed up on time. He asked questions about what we were experiencing with the pests. He clearly explained what he was going to do, and why . . . including the frequency of the service. He went about performing the service, with no disruption to my activities. Once completed, Chris let me know he was finished. Looking around the property, other than the dead and dying pests, one would not know that he had been there . . . including making sure our gate was closed and latched (big deal for us because our gate is difficult to latch). Looking forward to having Chris perform this service over the length of our contract.

I’m very happy with Pest Protection Services; we had digging wasps and they came out just to treat the wasp problem, as I wanted; they didn’t try selling or pressuring me to buy any additional spray programs. Chris, the technician, was on time, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable; he explained exactly what he was going to do and what type of spray he was using; he found 7 active nests in the ground and now our wasp problem is completely gone.

Chris did great as usual smooth process. It will take some time to get ants under control. There's an uptick now due to summer, to be expected in Oakley I've been told, and I see the ant hills in the sidewalk cracks.
