Had a sewer back-up issue that needed immediate attention. Dave Martinez of Martinez Construction was refereed to me by my typical Contractor that was too busy. Contra Costa Co. Sanitary District also spoke highly of Dave. He got the permits quickly and arrived at the Danville job site in two days! He and his crew understood the complicated problem quickly, and finished digging, fixing, and filling the two broken parts of the sewer line before the end of the day!His pricing was fair and his crew was hard working, coordinated, and well informed. I know I won't have to worry about this sewer line ever again!
Dave and his team did a great job with our septic conversion project getting us connected to the sewer and decommissioning our septic tank. They got the job done in a timely manner and left the yard looking as good or better than they found it. They were also the most reasonably priced estimate we got by far.
Dave and his crew did a truly remarkable job fixing multiple holes in our 70 year old sewer line. All digging was done manually so our yard would not be torn up prior to listing our house for sale. They did such a thorough job, each worker was respectful of our property and their cleanup was better than almost any other service provider I've ever used. Knowing we had a time crunch, they squeezed us in and had 4 guys working for 2 days. And although the job ended up being more complicated than originally thought, Dave's bid was extremely reasonable. I can't recommend Dave and his crew highly enough.
