If I could give them a 0 star review that would definitely be the case. Read the reviews & listen to them. Worst people to hire. Never respond, never communicate & overall they don't do their job. My eviction took over a year. It would of taken longer, but I kept on pushing them. They did not even finish the whole process. Might as well pay the tenant some money upfront to leave or hire an eviction attorney. This people are the worst at what they do!!!!

IT’s been 2months and they not served the eviction noticed they promised. Hard to reach them by phone, they always refer you to email. This seems like a bogus company, answering service sounds like an old man who can only do is refer you to email.

This is a big scam they get your $800, then another 200 for the court, then 304 document delivery, 10750 for the Writ, I spent months waiting and the case still not resolved. I should have paid attention to move out and dealing with this company. This is stupid and rip off.

Scam! I paid 800.00 to get legal services for my deceased son. They have returned my calls or responded to my emails in the past 2 years. Live and learn, just don't use this so called service.

They take your money they do not refund it. They do not do the job. They do one three day file then they do another three day file then they wait 10 to 15 days. Do nothing and still nothings been done when you asked for a refund they say no refund, I could’ve had the paperwork done filed the court date by now

Does anyone know how to report this company to the board? Bill Toomey is the Owner. Anyone have his contact information. This company is a total scam. They do not file documents on time. No one to answer your questions. They redirect you to a portal and no one answers the messages. They give you the option to schedule a phone appointment but no one calls you. Terrible. Wish I never hired them. No progress in my case. Run!!

Unfortunately it's difficult to find an eviction lawyer otherwise I would have fired lynx Legal at the start . Extremely poor communication, ignores messages, doesn't read them when they respond, slow to process as well as extremely rude and condescending. They would make promises that they would call the court if there was no response within another week and then I asked for 4 weeks if they had done so and they never answered. That is just one example of how poor their service is. His response when I was getting upset about the lack of communication and how long it was all taking was "don't get excited now" as if he was talking to a lame brained woman that was too excited to be logical or reasonable. And then he started to raise his voice when I said something was already done that he said wasn't but said he wasn't angry even though his volume went up. Clearly he didn't like being challenged and I suspect he may be semi-senile or just an arrogant chauvinist. The legal assistant would send me documents I couldn't open even though I had told them multiple times I couldn't open those kind of documents. And so on. I see their reviews are already poor and I made a mistake choosing them. Surely the only reason they remain in business is a lack of other attorneys who handle evictions. Sad. If you can find any other option I recommend going that route. This should be a zero star although they did execute all the required documents getting it done was a nightmare for me.

this is the worst experience I've had evicting anyone. have been a landlord for over 20 years always used lawyers recommended by apartment association; i saw this cheaper way. WHAT A NIGHTMARE AND A WASTE OF MONEY. it has now been over a year and they keep on dragging the eviction. finally i had to get another eviction service to take care of the eviction. have lost thousands in rent for over a year; they are not willing to help at all to resolve the issue. good luck trying to get updates from them. my advice DONT EVER USE THEM. they are the worst service.
