Brandy and Doug have cut my hair through my various hair phases. From super short to now long and half blonde.Last time I visited I asked Brandy to touch up my roots and tone my blonde hair. She did an excellent job and was very courteous of my comfort because I told her I had a bad experience last time I got bleach services at a different salon (I got a chemical burn and was left with scabs all over my scalp).Brandy used a product to help protect my scalp from the bleach, and honored my request to bleach just to the root and not let the bleach sit on my scalp. She was very careful with the application, and used a nice toner that took all the yellow out of my blonde hair....read full review
