We called on the 3rd of July and spoke with Rachel who kindly scheduled our appointment. Diego and Ivan came on the morning of the 5th. They did a thorough job of cleaning our air ducts and exhaust fan. They also explained every thing they were doing very clearly. Whenever Diego saw any potential issues, he offered solutions. We didn't feel like they were rushing to finish (quality vs quantity). Diego also checked for mold and did not find any. He explained what he would've found had mold been present. I highly recommend Utor! Diego and his team do excellent work, always display a high level of integrity and honesty, and provide quick service. Diego serviced our old AC and when the time came to replace it, he provided stellar and quick service with great pricing for all. 5 stars!
