We called on the 3rd of July and spoke with Rachel who kindly scheduled our appointment. Diego and Ivan came on the morning of the 5th. They did a thorough job of cleaning our air ducts and exhaust fan. They also explained every thing they were doing very clearly. Whenever Diego saw any potential issues, he offered solutions. We didn't feel like they were rushing to finish (quality vs quantity). Diego also checked for mold and did not find any. He explained what he would've found had mold been present. When we needed a filter for the whole house with the device installed in our A/C, Diego promptly looked at our environment and suggested few vendors and pricing. After we chose the vendor, he had one of his employees come and installed it quickly. We are very happy with the results. We will definitely go with HVAC Utor Services again.
