If you love your animals, animals do not take them here. Xulian the owner is full of crap. He pretended to care when I brought up the situation as soon as it happened. He even offered me discount the next time we came in, so I scheduled an appointment specifically with him. Soon as I came in through the doors, they were already on defense mode. They acted like what happened to my dog was insignificant. They tried not to speak to me much. They also charge me full price and pretended that Xulian never said he would give me a discount. My pup Teddy gets the best care here. The team is great at recommending services, especially since this was our first dog needing to be groomed. He always looks fantastic and smells wonderful! I love that you can see most of the shop at drop off. I've witnessed the team interacting with the pets with so much love and kindness, it really makes me feel confident my pup is safe and loved.
