Have always loved this place. 4 children and never a problem. But....today Femca answerwd the phone(cue Jaws theme song). Abrasive, condescending, disrespectful and arrogant. Patient care and relations should be handled by someone better equipped than Femca. I was berated and told because I missed an appointment @ 3:30 2 months ago ( I called the morning of) I could not have that time slot in the future. What?!?!?! So we set up 3:15 (she showed me )...I told her I picked my daughter up from school at 3:10 and we are close so I might be a few minutes late. In her mind (as she made us very aware) we were chronic Truants and I should pull her out of school 5 minutes early(rediculous). She didnt have to make the call so aggravating and rediculous. I would suggest she not speak with the public. If we have to deal w/ this on the regular we will go somewhere else. But as I said 15 years and this is fist issue.

The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. I bring my twins here and I have never had any issue with scheduling or anything else for that matter. All the Dr's are knowledgeable and great with my kids.

We absolutely LOVE this place, and im SO glad we found them! My son has seen Dr. Essa and Dr. Tracy, and both of them are wonderful! They don't rush you through your appointment, and they always take there time to make my son feel comfortable, and get to know him. If you're looking for a great pediatrics office, then this is the place to go! I can't say enough how much we love them! :)
