The owner is actually nice, and usually accommodating, which is sy ut surprised me that it ended this way. Hopefully, they've fine-tuned these inconsistencies since I was a customer.*
Poor scheduling communication and when issues are brought to their attention, you are told what you want to hear with no follow through. Servicers showed up without notice or confirmation of appointments. Notice not sufficient for people who prefer to be home during service or need time to prepare the area, i.e., Move dog/children items.... read full review

My HOA manager recommended this company and Gene offered us a few complimentary in-home treatments in addition to the community treatments. I took him up on his generous offer. He communicates clearly, provides appointment arrival timelines responsively via phone/text, and was thorough in spraying the treatments which are effective against silverfish, spiders, ants, and other insects. He was very accomodating, too -- I asked him if I could split the appointment into 2 separate days so that I could move items from half of my home out of the way, and this helped a lot.We had previously used Clark Pest Control, which was bought out by a large company, and service quality... read full review
