The doctor and his staff are excellent at this location he takes his time to make sure everything is correct the staff are very nice and pleasant very clean location I believe this location is privately owned and leased from Walmart same day appointment was great
I would like to thank Kenneshia who work at the S. Kirkwood location in Houston TX. She made my experience coming to the Walmart Vision Center for the first time pleasant she was very knowledgeable and I notice she was calm under pressure when a lot of customers came into the store. I would suggest a raise and I appreciate her kindness.
Giving this place 5 stars because the staff here is absolutely amazing and patient despite being so busy but shame on the owners or whoever is in charge for keeping them understaffed. I had to wait close to 45min just to buy some contacts when it could have been in an easy 5 min transaction.
