There was an issue with my heating unit, I contacted Titan and they scheduled me for an appointment the following day. Two technicians came to my home , Mathew and Freddy, both were very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly were able to fix the problem and the charge was very reasonable. Trust is a very important factor and I believe this company is very trustworthy. I will definitely use them for any future HVAC issues.

MARK CAME BY TO CHECK ON THE INSTALL THAT WAS HANDLED VERY WELL BY PETER AND BRAYAN WHO WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, EXPERIENCED AND FRIENDLY...PETER WAS VERY PATIENT TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS....NICK PROVIDED ALL OF THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE OPTIONS AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PROCESS AND WAS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT...AND NELSON WAS HELPFUL IN BOOKING AND WORKING THE SCHEDULE FOR OUR CALENDAR...HIGHLY RECOMMEND TITAN FOR A/C NEEDS, ETC.
Not only was the technician prompt and polite, he had everything on his van to complete a rather complex repair. This was on the sixth day of the worst heatwave this year. I will certainly recommend Titan Air to anyone needing a professional in this area.
My one regret is I forgot to note the tech's name or I'd single him out here. He made the process painless.
