Had an appointment with Dr. Sandra Ninomiya, O.D. What a nice lady, gracious and kind. Staff at The Optometrist really top notch, great service, love my new Nike glasses. Disappointed they didn't have Oakley glasses, i think i likes them more than Nike, but almost similar.

I have been to this office for many years and am happy with their services, from the optometrist to the staff working in the front office. They are very professional and caring. Today I brought my broken prescription glasses in and Wes fixed it right away. I am very grateful!

friendly staff and great doctors. I had a lot of questions, most of them were probably really stupid ones, but the optometrist answered them all and didn't make me feel bad or rushed. The front desk folks are nice and communicate with patients through text as well as phone conversations. Sort of an unusual situation b/c of the pandemic but appreciate the safety measures being taken in terms of sanitizing, limiting the amount of people inside the office, etc. Can confidently recommend this place to any and all. They have good people and even though it is located in the mall, it is one of the best optometrist experiences I have ever had. Thanks again and keep up the great work/service to the community.
