Barbara Brewer is very experienced and knowledgeable with myofascial release therapy. She has been doing occupational therapy for decades and over a decade ago decided to get trained to do myofascial release. She is someone I recommend if you struggle with chronic muscle pain and have tried nearly everything for relief. Even if you haven't tried "everything" to ease your pain, consider giving Barbara a try. She will explain this process to you and give you exercises to do on your own. When I told my pain management doctor about her, he wanted her contact information so he could send his patients to her.

I finished my treatment 6wks ago and I am ready to get myself back to where I was pre- cancer. This program was offered to me. I had my base line assessment with Ann Margaret. She was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. I did not know what to expect but she made me feel very comfortable and we really clicked. She gave me suggestions on what I should look into while I have the grant for 6 mos. I will follow through with her recommendations and see where it will take me as I hop on the wellness train post treatment.

St Jude Wellness center just began offering facials and let me tell you, Martina was amazing! I've never had a facial before so I was not sure what to expect. Martina explained everything to me step by step and I felt comfortable and safe in her hands during our session. The environment was very relaxing and my skin looked amazing when she was done. They use high end quality products too! I will definitely be coming back for another facial! Thank you Martina!
