Victor Santiago was the plumber that came out to our home to diagnose and repair a serious leak in our shower and install new shower equipment. He accurately assessed the problem, discussed the options for repair, said how long it would take and the cost. Victor was excellent and completely solved the problem in the timeframe he discussed.
