I highly recommend Santiago Roofing if you want a superior job by highly skilled roofers at a reasonable price. Santiago reused our tiles, replaced cracked and broken tiles, and put down a superior underlayment. He found several problems which he corrected. His work was top quality, he regularly communicated about the job, and kept the job site clean and neat. His bid was competitive, but we also relied on the recommendation of a friend who raved about what great work Santiago did to repair a roof problem.
