Front desk staff is always great! My primary doctor takes great care of me and makes me feel seen.

This is my primary doctors office. Shout out to Dr. Wu for being professional , attentive and empathetic. But, my review is for my visit on 7/29. I have a knee injury and was referred to the xray dept. I didn't even catch the xray techs name because he didn't even bother to introduce himself . I was obviously in a lot of pain and struggling to get about on my own so I was using a wheelchair. My husband accompanied me(thankfully he was there ) and was able to help me stand to get to get to the xray scan. Dr. Trang Van Nguyen is the BEST. She's been my doc since 2009 with the exception of one year due to change insurance but she is the reason I went back to Kaiser. I don't trust any other doctors besides her. She takes her time in discussing what is going on and answers any questions of mine without me feeling inferior. She is very busy because it took me a few months to get her but she's definitely worth the wait!
