First time coming to this Kaiser hospital, Pediatrics Dr.Maureen F Quan, is very kind and gentle from our first visit. Our son was very comfortable around her, the nurse that gave him his shots was also very gentle.
This smaller hospital is very less crowded than where we were going, we definitely appreciate it. There was no wait, in the past even though we did love our last doctor, we were always waiting with other parents past 45 minutes.
I felt listened to and properly cared for. I am extremely fortunate to have doctor Loza for my primary care physician. I have become so jaded with doctors on auto pilot, he was seriously a breath of fresh air. He and his assistant Erika are the epitome of patient care and should be used as an example for other doctors to step up and give patients the proper care they need. By the way, this was my 4th appointment with him and he has consistently provided me with exceptional care. I highly recommend Dr Loza!!!
Dr. Shah explained very clearly to me information in regards to health management and made sure I understood. He allowed me the opportunity to speak to him without filling rushed. Made me feel like I was his number one patient for the day, which I'm sure he makes all his patients feel that way.
