I’ve been coming to this location for several months now and even signed up for the membership which is so worth it! Everyone has been lovely to interact with, the entire place is always very clean, and I’ve enjoyed the quality of my massages and facials. Special shout out to Ashley for giving me a deep tissue massage so good that it will now be the standard I compare all other massages to.
I had an incredible experience at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Brea, CA. From the moment I walked in, the clean, calming aesthetic and pleasant scent set the tone. The front desk was professional, and I waited less than two minutes before meeting my massage therapist, Kareem. He was exceptional because he was professional, personable, and attentive to my needs. I took my granddaughter and myself for a massage. We were asked if we needed to use the restroom . We did. But Jen, told my gdaughter... next time use the restroom before your appt... and also told her hurry up and get dressed. We arrived 20 minutes early to check in. My guy Andrew was awesome
