I was the only person in line & there were 2 tellers but had to wait 7 minutes to be helped. Doesn't sound long but I always get helped within 60-90 seconds at my favorite branch on Imperial/Kraemer... with 1 or 2 tellers working.

so Far I love Chase no complaints about it good customer service so far I open my account Friday with them absolutely the best customer service I call them once about the Chase offers for my debit card they said 7 days it's should be on my account

I happened to be around this area running errands and decided to make a quick stop at this branch.. Melinda Lopez was the representative assisting me and took great care of me.. My situation was a bit peculiar since I had left my debit card at home and I needed to get a cashiers check for a somewhat big amount, but Melinda from the start asked amazing questions and really worked on identifying me to make sure I was the person with transaction authority... Some people might find this annoying or inconvenient but Melinda handled the situation in a way that showed me how greatly chase cares to protect its customers.
