After coming here 4 times, NEVER AGAIN. Called to make an appointment for a chair massage and confirmed it. Upon arriving, I was led to the room then I said no, and pointed to the chair. The front desk lady was confused and went back to talk with with coworkers, as if I never made the appointment. She went back to the front, then agreed to have me at the chair and asked me to pay. Handed her the card then she disappeared again and some random guy in his underwear came out of the room asked me to pay. I told him I handed my card to her. She then came back up, charged me $40 plus "$2 for card" and tried setting up the chair, but failed to do so, then led me to the room. Massage was okay. After the massage, she asked for tip which I gave her my card for it and said $8. She then typed in $30. ?! WHAT.. I repeated, "$8" then she said "$20." I then said "no...$8" then she said "okay, $10 because $2 extra for card." I just wanted to get over this service so I then agreed, paid and left. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Never coming back here again.

I work in the area and always drive by the Brea Spa Massage Therapy location but never thought to stop by. This week I tweaked my neck at work and figured I'd stop by and at least see if they could help. I'm so glad I did, and I feel like a million bucks now. The room was clean, and they had soft music playing. The therapist came in and we discussed my pain in my neck and back. She did an amazing job, and my neck is so much better now. I'm very happy with the care and treatment. Thank you

This is one of my go tos, within walking distance from my home and the massages are great, they speak English well enough to understand what you're asking for and the ladies strength level is surprising, i love a very hard massage as my back injuries have made life difficult and im always stiff as a board. Out of maybe 30x ive been here over the last few years ive only had 1 poorish massage but hey it happens sometimes.
