Massage Envy is a business that offers massage, skin care, and total body stretch services. They are committed to promoting total body wellness and a healthy lifestyle. The massage therapists, such as Holly and Edith, are highly experienced and praised for their excellent facials. Customers have reported feeling refreshed and satisfied after their services.
However, there have been concerns regarding the company that owns some local franchises, including Brea, Whittier, and La Habra. Some customers have reported issues with customer service, such as appointment mix-ups and a focus on upselling skin services.
Despite these concerns, the therapists at these locations are reported to be skilled and professional. Customers have had positive experiences with therapists like Rick, who was very aware of body mechanics and provided helpful recommendations for long-term pain relief. Raquel was also praised for her attention to detail and customer-oriented approach during a 60-minute massage session.
Overall, Massage Envy offers high-quality massage and skin care services, with skilled therapists. It is recommended to book an appointment with a specific therapist, even if not signing up for a membership.
I’ve had such a great experience with my massages from Emma. Her expertise in massage therapy and ability to focus on specific body parts has relieved so much of my aches and pain. I also really appreciate her gentle bedside manner while providing the firmness needed during the massage. I usually can’t find that balance elsewhere. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I can’t recommend her enough!
Megan is an excellent massage therapist. I’ve been going to her for years and she is consistently amazing. She is always eager to assist with problem areas and her massages are incredibly relaxing. Bravo.
If you’re in need of a skin care routine I suggest a visit to Massage Envy Brea Alixandria is the best! She is so knowledgeable about skincare and the products are amazing. Oh and not to be forgotten … the customer service at this location is top notch!
