I usually don't write reviews unless someone goes above and beyond or I've had a truly negative experience. Ryan Preston from this funeral home absolutely went above and beyond.
I've been interested in the funeral business since 2018 and have reached out to places on and off just hoping to learn more. I wasn't even asking for a job, just insight, but no one ever took the time to respond. Ryan did.

Ryan was so extremely helpful with the loss of my father. Their services (and costs) were clearly laid out and the whole process was smooth from the first call through the end of all of the final arrangements.
Accord staff (specifically Ryan and Bill) answered all questions, explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully, and treated my family and with understanding, respect and patience.
