Heartmath is a high quality institution. I use the emWAVE2 to great success. The most impressive thing I find at Heartmath is the great Tech support whenever I have a question or problem. In the past a Tech sent me specs on a battery and a diagram to help me renew my old devise. Ramesh Guda spent time helping me through a problem. His help got my Heatmath computer Coherence Coach working again. He's offered to examine my computer if I have a problem in the future. It can't get any better than that.
Heart Math 's research and techniques helped me understand deeply the mechanisms of stress and anxiety. I believe they could help many people cure their anxiety disorders and remain healthy.
