Eric was fantastic to work with. Very efficient and thorough with both the carpet cleaning and the way he explained each step of the process. Our carpets look like new again. We have senior pets who sometimes have accidents, and even when we clean up right away, a few spots can still get missed and settle deep into the carpet fibers.
