My experience here started out great. Dr. Ramos was great and was professional and attentive. What was seriously substandard was the support staff behind the counter and communication and billing. How incompetent can so called medical professionals be? I paid my bill in full the moment I was done with the doctor on the same day I was treated just 10 min after leaving the exam room. I then received an over due bill two months later which then took another 45 days and multiple emails and phone calls to sort out. I have a few things I didn’t like # 1 holding my prescriptions hostage until I came in not worried about me more worried about getting paid for an office visit and not giving the OK to the pharmacy to refill my medications #2 charging Medi-Cal for the services of a doctor that no longer works with the clinic either. He retired or she retired, but they’re still charging Medi-Cal for me to see that doctor. and that’s why I won’t go back there for any reason.

Borrego Medical Clinic/Borrego Health have hurt myself and my family tremendously. They claim that I was abusive at the clinic in 2021, and that the staff felt unsafe around me. That is ridiculous! My daughter is 32 has cerebral palsy, and needs help to walk. She was with me every time I went there. Dr. Laura Goetz, Cindy and Christine Bielawa have refused to be honest. Kathy, the VP of Risk Management was contacted. She returned my call today, and I explained the truth of the situation. She refused to help me, and was very disrespectful to me, even hung up on me without cause. Now, I will publish a video story, and present it to the news media.
