My first time getting a procedure here. It all started with Sergio when I called in to make an appointment. He was very professional and on top of everything.
Melissa is phenomenal. She is on top of her game, and does exemplary work. More importantly, Melissa has got an incredible vibe. Melissa makes you feel extremely comfortable and you feel like your family. It's like your favorite restaurant that you go to all the time. This is going to be my favorite spa. Thank you guys.
I have been getting Botox from Melissa for a little over a year. Her and Jon are so amazing and kind. I get just a little bit between my eyebrows. The Botox lasts a solid three months and I have never had any problems. I was unable to attend my touch up appointment because I was out of state at the time. I went to some place out of state. I paid the same price and I didn't have any sign of that Botox. I kept thinking it was taking a few days to set in. I was upset to spend the money I did and not have any effect. It was as if I didn't get anything. I knew right then, I will never go to anyone except Jon and Melissa. I also love that they care about their clients. One time, I mentioned I would want to get more Botox in my forehead. I was told no because I do not need it, which was actually really amazing. It showed me that Jon and Melissa care about their clients. I cannot say enough good things about them and their service!
Melissa is incredible at what she does. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, she’s also friendly, attentive and funny! She puts you at ease immediately. The treatments she offers are wonderful! I’ve had Dysport, a CO2 laser treatment, laser treatments for my scars from my hysterectomy (which are gone BTW) and I always leave there feeling refreshed and beautiful. My daughter also had some laser treatments for her acne. If you know someone who struggles with acne, this is your place!
Oh, and I can’t forget Sergio… he’s always so friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk the door. I can’t recommend Avo Med Spa enough!
