My husband bought this trip for us in December 2019, three months before the Pandemic shutdown. Unfortunately, we could not get it booked until June, 2022. California was the last to take off masks and mandates, so this was the best time we could make it work. We were told by management, the pricing was going up soon so we would have to pay the difference if we did not get it booked ASAP. We booked it, and felt maybe we would have been better off paying the difference due to our service. Upon arrival we did not feel like we received the same attention as the other guests. James is the best employee there. He is attentive, charming and professional. He strides to make all the guests comfortable and is very helpful. He is definitely top notch and can tell he loves his job. Please consider letting him know that.
