Elizabeth is awesome! She’s very kind and caring. She always talks to you about what she’s doing and why she’s doing it during your session. She’s also not super serious in the sense that she treats you like a friend…I can’t think of one session I’ve had with her that we haven’t laughed about something. I also appreciate the fact that she goes to ongoing education and seminars so she can give you the best possible care. I would recommend Elizabeth over and over again.

I suffer from severe debilitating migraines. Despite medication, I sometimes still get them. I have found that cupping and acupuncture can not only reduce my migraine but even prevent them. Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable and good at her craft, she is such an asset to have in your health-related journey! I came to her with extreme back spasms and sciatica. It was so bad I could not move freely but I was desperate for some relief. She was very careful with me and communicated with me throughout the entire session to ensure my comfort. I’m not an expert on the correct terms but we did accupuncture needles, electric stimulation on my affected muscles, mox, and some massage. She also offers cupping. I was very relaxed in her room and she played a meditation while I was being worked on. When I got home I sent her an emotional message that my sciatica was completely GONE and my back pain was significant reduced. I had been to the chiro twice, doing stretches, icing, some herbal remedies etc until but none of those things even touched my spasms like her session did. I hadn’t sleep well in days due to the amount of pain. Honestly I think she undercharges, I haven’t ever received an hour long alternative health session that left me so changed so instantly. On top of everything she is an absolute gem of a human and sweetheart. I feel so lucky to have met her 10/10!!!!

I have done 8 PTs for my low back and it was getting worse. I tried acupuncture before. I'm about to go out of the country and I'm still in pain. Soo... I found Elizabeth in Google and saw the 5 star reviews. I went to her place because of the reviews. I had e-stim, cupping, needles, massage and oh that lavender scent! all in one hour. After my second session, I'm ready for my vacation. She is worth 6 stars, y'all. What an angel!
