Dan was very thorough, he crawled through the entirety of the crawl space & had his assistant turn on every water source to ensure if there was any leaking. Most companies WILL NOT do these as they are not obligated to if not requested. Since he has years of experience in construction he was able to educate us in so many areas outside of basic inspection. Since we are first time home buyers, this was very much appreciated! We will be recommending this company to everyone in need. Support small businesses!
