I walked in around 9:57 and the place was completely packed but the owner still sat me immediately and placed a technician with me. I showed them pictures of what I wanted but the technicians who could do the design were all busy. While I tried to figure out a different design and colors, the owner told me they could work some things out to accomplish my design (I was extremely grateful, especially since it was my birthday nails.
