“I have been coming to this salon since it opened! I followed Rosie here, she has been doing my hair forever and I only trust her! She is very talented and gets my blonde just right! Not everyone can do that, it's a very specific process not to get the blonde too yellow, too brassy, too so many things! But Rosie, she got it down.
