I don't know how to write a review for a dentist but here goes:
Dr. Mondragon has created a well-run office with capable, professional people. The front office staff is friendly and efficient and helpful. They are upfront about costs and procedures.
The hygienists are thorough and gentle and they share information that will help you better care for your teeth.
Dr. Mondragon is welcoming and knowledgeable. I trust him and appreciate that he spent so much time explaining things that the surgeon who extracted my tooth never thought to mention.
I'm really glad I was referred here.
This dental office is superior to any I have been to. The ladies in the front office are very friendly, king and super efficient. I really like that they text me to remind me of my next appt. Great service! Dr. Mondragon is awesome! He explains the procedures clearly and always shows that he truly cares about my care. The hygienist are excellent as well. I really like it there, it's always super clean. Oh, I have never felt like I was overcharged for anything. I have been going there for 7 years and will stay there. I live in South San Diego and it's totally worth driving to beautiful Chula Vista to this dental office, totally recommend it.
I love my family dentist! Dr. Mondragon is simply the best. I have been a patient of his for fifteen years and have been so happy with his staff and services. If and when I may have any issues with my teeth, they are never pushy or sales-y. Just straight forward with the information to help me make a sound decision, financially and emotionally. Moreover, to provide me with the best care with quality results. The environment is friendly, warm, welcoming, super clean, and timely.
