I have never received any bad service with anyone at Elegant Nails. I’ve taken my
Grand daughter here several times and even thought she was just a little girl they treated her so sweet and pampered her. Today I got the full treatment for myself. I got helped right away as soon as I walked in and am very happy with the gel manicure and pedicure. I will be back!

I showed the owner a picture of exactly what I wanted, but the nails came out much shorter, uneven, and with the wrong shape. For the price, I expected better quality.

What disappointed me most was the customer service. I felt dismissed whenever I tried to explain what I wanted, and even the payment process felt unnecessarily rude. My daughter also stopped coming here because of similar experiences.

A little kindness and willingness to listen to customers would go a long way. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

the ladies are so patient w the 85yr old gal i take care of who has Alzheimer’s. they don’t get upset when she keeps trying to get up and wander off, they gently guide her back to the chair and speak so kindly to her. also, they are gentle and take so much time with her and their prices are so low it makes it fun to leave a big tip. if you’re paying with a credit card please bring cash for the tip, it makes it easier for them
