First and foremost the owner is kind and respectful and has great customer service. Only issue i have is with the actual work being done to the shoe. I had a perfectly fine left derby shoe. I needed both of them to be resoled with a vibram sole. The first time around i noticed after picking it up. The cobbler completely shaved into the shoe welt. When asked to fix it this was taken with no questions asked. Problem is the shoe wasn’t rewelted because yes its too difficult. They ended up butchering the welt even more by adding some leather and stuffing the thread on the old welt. It looks hideous than before and it was done without asking me. Don’t come here to get your shoes done if you want them done right. They might ruin your perfectly good shoe too

Erika and Raphael at Bonita Shoe Repair were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and they always get the repairs on my shoes looking wonderful!! My shoes always comes out looking like new. Also the repairs are only for a couple of days time. Thank u Erika and Raphael!! I'll be seeing u two in the future.

I went to this place to see if they can remove like a spot on my suede shoe and Erica went and just scraped off the spot then she brushes it out and the spot is gone so i asked her how much I owed her and she said it's okay! She is amazing and her customer service is top notch...will definitely spread the word! Thank you Erica.

Should be a 5-star place. Took my shoes in with very noticeable scuffs on both toes. Picked them up as if I was buying them off the shelf. Good family business. Friendly.

Brought my husband UGG boots in for a sole repair. We just needed the soles glued back onto the shoes. The job they did was sloppy, there was dried glue that oozed out, dried glue on the outside sheepskin. The glue they used is like super glue, hard. It can’t be removed without damaging the boots color. Very disappointed.

We took a leather purse for a good cleaning omg looks like new. My husband Shoes were cleaned and polished it She did a great job. Reconnected 100%
