I completed my first session and everything was going great. Unfortunately, I later found out that the artist I had been working with was no longer at the shop. I reached out to Iconiq, and the owner, Rick, personally called me back. He immediately took the situation seriously, offered several solutions, and made sure I was taken care of. That’s the kind of customer service that really stands out.

Needless to say, I’m a satisfied customer. My tattoo was completed, and the issue was resolved professionally and promptly.

The shop was always clean, well-organized, and spacious enough to move around comfortably during breaks. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the other artists were friendly and supportive. Several of them stopped by to check on my tattoo, offer their opinions, and make sure everything was coming out right.

Tattoos aren’t cheap these days, but you get what you pay for. Between the customer service, professionalism, and level of artistry at Iconiq, I believe it’s well worth the investment.“
