Took my daughter to get her ear lobes re-pierced. Wendy was friendly, made sure my daughter was comfortable, everything was sterilized and did a great job. I'm sure my daughter will be back as she wants more piercings in the future. Highly recommend this shop.

Appointment was at noon. Walked in a couple minutes before that. Was helped immediately and started filling out consent forms for my daughter as she is under the age of 18. She p8cked out the nose ring and away she went. Came back in 5 minutes and we left. Place was really clean and professional. Overall great experience.

Wendy was super informative, professional, and considerate. Very welcoming environment. Every step in the procedure is clear and informative. After care was explained well. Very helpful in finding the right piercing sizes for me. I got both my ear pierced as well as a navel (belly button) piercing. Well maintained clean space.
