“I had a brow lamination and tint at The Lash Lounge Walnut Creek, and I’m really happy with the results.

My brows look fuller, more defined, and still very natural. The lamination gave them a clean shape without looking stiff, and the tint was matched perfectly so they frame my face without being too dark. Exactly what I was hoping for.

The space is clean and relaxing, and the staff took the time to explain the process and check in throughout the appointment. I felt comfortable the whole time and never rushed.

What's disappointing is seeing a long, dramatic write‑up over something so minor, especially when the employees you're criticizing are real people doing their best. Turning a brief inconvenience into a public takedown doesn't make the business look bad -- it highlights how unforgiving and unrealistic some customers have become. If this is the worst thing you've experienced here after years of good service, that actually speaks volumes about the quality of the staff. Not every moment needs to be escalated into a Yelp saga. A little patience and basic empathy would have gone further than this review did.“

I went with the Nano-stroke, hair like, subtle, as I’m not a full face makeup girlie. But if you are, there’s a technique for you. I did a ton of research and found the best. She is kind, professional, knows her stuff, has a seamless process from start to finish, teaches other technicians and wants you to be happy. “Wow I have so many awesome things to say about Gianna & her business! I was referred to her for face waxing and it took me a while to book because I have such sensitive skin. She was super easy to book with and when I got in, I didn't even think to mention my sensitive skin but she asked a few background questions and decided to just do a small test strip to see how my skin tolerated the wax, which I thought was super sweet and showed that she really cares about her clients and not just about making as much money as possible. Her sensitive wax was perfect for my skin and I've been going to her ever since! “Recommendation: Have a friend drop you off if you have a dye + cut service! Street parking maxes out at 3 hours. I was ready for a transformational haircut and specifically booked with Kim because of her short hair cutting/razor skills. I will note that her hourly rate was higher than I anticipated ($125/hr), but her skills justify the expense. I have long, thick, wavy-curly locks with multiple cowlicks, and Kim was able to sculpt my mop into the pixie cut of my dreams! I felt "unveiled" during the appointment. Kim took direction from how my hair naturally wanted to fall so I will not have to "fight" my hair to style it. I really wanted a low-maintenance, fun cut, and Kim delivered. Very excited to be rocking short hair in time for spring!“

I went to Lea and she told me what she would be doing to fix the shape, fill in the missing spots and fix the color and that's exactly what she did! She was very accommodating, patient, kind and explained the process from start to finish. She is very professional, so nice and an expert at what she does. My eyebows are the best they have ever looked and I am so happy with the results. They look amazing and I will never go to anyone else besides Lea. “I get excited when I see an appointment with Bianca on my calendar!!! First, all my old lady facial hair will be gone, with no irritation and no breakouts, but more because she lights up the room. The salon/studio is clean, light, and comfortable. The products she offers (yet never pushes/upsells) are all good…the sunscreen is my favorite. Both of my kids have been coming with me for years as well, and when they come home from college the first request is the schedule appointments with Bianca. I have been waxed many places in my life… I have been coming to Bianca for over 5 years and will not go anywhere else.“
