These kind folks saved our butts. Our throttle body failed at the beginning of a camping trip. We were in and out of the shop in 3 hours with the replacement installed. Thanks, y’all. We appreciate you! We waited in the AC at Mahogany Smoked Meats across the street, which made the process pleasant.
This place has great customer service. I didn't have work done but when my check engine light came on while on vacation my son told me to go to O'Reilly's and they would check the code. It was something like a timing issue and they recommended having it checked soon. I went to A & L Automotive at 4:25pm on a Friday (they closed at 5). I gave them the print out O'Reilly's gave me and they punched it in to their computer and told me more details. They said I should be fine for my drive home but to take it in when I got home. I usually dont give reviews but I felt compelled this time. They were great. I’m from out of town visiting my parents and had my wheel bearings go out on my truck. Called everyone in town and no one was able to even look at it for weeks. They got me in that same day and fix and dropped it off at my parents house the next day. And didn’t charge me an arm and a leg!!! They are the best!!!
