I am a Rivian R1T owner and it is hard to find good automotive shops to service the tires and alignment. This place is the BEST! They were able to get in the special tires I wanted. Mounted them with all the right equipment. That technician was superb! After a couple days I went back for the alignment. Jason’s performed the work and I was so impressed by the dedication to ensure he got it right. Great staff were great all around. From Tyrell and the lady (Chris I think), everyone was professional, courteous and best of all, friendly.
I’ve came here for a few years and have had a great experience with the services they do. Customer service representative Tyrell has been at the main desk for years and has done a wonderful job being accommodating and scheduling appointments. They’ve hired a new lady In the past year or so who doesn’t have a positive attitude and only makes my experience less enjoyable. Customer service should be kinder.
