I hadn't had a real salon haircut in over 14 months when I walked into Nutmeg Salon for my appt w/ Gretchen. She did an amazing cut on a head of hair that looked like crap from my home-based clipper jobs during COVID. She took extra time to make sure all the lines were good and everything looked just like the pic of my hair I showed her from my pre-COVID days. Gretchen gave me one of the best haircuts I can remember. She will be my hair stylist moving forward.

Stacey was so much fun to be around and Nutmeg is so cute, inviting, and cozy! For a first time, when you’re an introvert, haircuts and colors can be really daunting, but Stacey made me super comfortable, both in the chair and with her services. My hair has been through the ringer in past colors and a self-COVID cut, she didn’t even blink! She was able to cut so much red (box) from my hair and lift the (dark) color so beautifully. My husband has honestly not shut up about how much he loves what she’s transformed my head into; he’s asked multiple times when I’m going back and is so impressed at my results after just the first visit. Every mirror glimpse is a pleasant surprise instead of a big shock after such a change. Go see Stacey at Nutmeg! You will not be sad!
