My 2023 Land Rover Defender broke down while I was in Big Bear Lake with my 3 kids, and it was such a stressful moment. The team at A Performance Towing was amazing — super kind, understanding, and quick to help us out. They really cared about making sure we were safe and taken care of. Can’t thank them enough for turning a rough situation into a smooth one. Highly recommend!
Very professional, reliable people, we’ve had to use their services a couple of times and they’re very reliable and reasonable, Tim Crockett was super nice and communicative. We loved being able to work directly with him. Definitely recommend using their services if you get unlucky and need towing!
David Wyman has provided awesome service levels and towing our broken down truck and RV half way down the mountain. He made sure our family made it safe back. We all felt comfortable!!!
