I went to Nikki for a virgin texturizer, blow dry & straighten, and trim. The experience was 10/10! Great customer service. I was seen in a timely manner and finished pretty quickly. What made the appt even better is that Nikki truly cares about hair health.

I found my new hairstylist! After 2 years in braids, I decided that it was time to get serious about taking care of my hair. That began with a silk press and trim. I hadn't seen my hair fully stretched out and straightened for years. There was a lot of conditioning and steaming. The heat was applied gently and carefully. I love the results. I will be back.

This is the first time I've had my hair done with such care, without being rushed, or waiting for long hours between treatments--all with the health of my unique hair type in mind. My hair appears like it needs more heat than it does, and for the first time in my entire life, I haven't been left with a burned hair smell after a silk press! I love my hair!
