I finally gathered the courage to get permanent eyeliner on my top lash line. I could not have imagined a better experience than I had with Val ! I LOVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEE my eyebrows!!!! Seriously, I don't have to do anything else to my brows anymore. No more filling or shaping! Saves me so much time in the mornings to already have these babies ready! Val was absolutely amazing! She took her time with me, and addressed all my concerns.
