Usually I walk to the Santa Monica location , But this time I wanted to do the infra red sauna, The energy is amazing, the place is right by a 25 yard pool that I did lap swim . The sauna was great , there is a gym you can use , and a shower they even validated my parking . It was perfect I'm surprised they are not completely book - the guys in the front desk were patient and knowledgeable I liked them both the Mexican girl and the white guy .

I love this place. If you're into wellness and anti aging, this is the go to place for all the high tech equipments. I went here for an infrared sauna session. After that, there's a full shower room with all the provided ropes, towels, etc. Very clean and nice. The manager and the staff is super nice with outstanding customer service. I think the package really is a great deal for what you get. Would highly recommend it!
