From the very first night that I slept with my appliance, I stopped snoring. I have had minor sleep apnea for years and major snoring. Dr. Siman totally solved that problem. An additional major benefit that I got is for my Afib. While it’s not conclusive, I’ve had NO Afib incidents for more than three months. I have an implant that monitors my heart continuously and transmits the readings to my iPhone. My cardiologist receives monthly reports on this and confirmed the news of zero Afib activity. It seems that curing the sleep apnea resolved the Afib. Monitoring continues, but I’m hopeful and thank Dr. Siman.
