Latrelle, Carolina, Tiffany and the rest of SunTrust's team were incredibly helpful in helping get my bathroom clean after a candle was left on overnight! They were able to come out and do an inspection only a couple hours after I first called, and were able to come to complete the cleaning the next day. Excellent communication throughout. Would definitely get my business again!
Latrelle and Carolina were extremely helpful and explained everything about the process in detail.Since we were going to be offsite, they kept up constant communication with photos and kept us apprised daily as to what was happening They even arranged to have our drapes dry cleaned and re installed. The level of their work was excellent and so was their attention to detail. The price was the best I was quoted from any remediation company for similar work. I highly recommend them for your remediation needs.
