Very impressed with the customer service from this company. They answered immediately and had somebody at my house the next day. Very professional and friendly in person as well. Would definitely work with them again in the future!
Moses did an amazing job of figuring out my AC issues. Not only did he explain everything, he also went above and beyond by helping fix an electrical issue that was unrelated to the AC. It turns out there was a lose wire in the electrical panel causing the AC not to get full power. He was able to track that down and reseat the wire. Afterward, AC works great. Stay Cool is definitely not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I am sure you can find a cheaper company but they aren't going to take the time or have the knowledge Moses has. Moses explained everything and took his time to make sure everything was working 100%. I am super happy with the work. They didn't try to rip me off by claiming parts needed to be replaced or trying to justify unneeded work. He fixed the electrical issue and checked out all the vents to make sure the are was cooling properly. I highly recommend this company. They seem honest and do good work. Again, they are not going to be the cheapest but they are very good.
