Every single time I come here they are rude and have zero respect for a persons time. Go elsewhere. Probably the worst office I have ever been to. ( I have been here multiple times) Dr Bakshian then comes in 2 hrs later and uses profanity when he's made aware of the situation. Yes you read that correctly, uses the "F" word. Dr Bakshian very appalling, he seemed to forget that every single person on earth has something going on. Maybe you shouldn't come to work and see patients if you're going through something? I cannot think of a single job where you can go in and use profanity towards a patient/ client simply because you're having a bad day. Very un-professional doctor....read full review

I went to Dr. Bakshian because he took over the Tower Orthopedics practice from Dr. Leon Brooks. He might have been a prodigy, but, he will never be the surgeon Dr. Brooks was. Almost five years later and in more pain than I was before surgery. I was dropped from the gurney, put under 3 hours before he showed up for surgery, my fitting for the back brace was humiliating with the doctor calling my breasts boobies. His son fell the morning I was to have surgery. I arrived in time at 5:30am. Finally at 7 he called to say that his son had fallen and broke his arm. Instead of scraping the surgery for the next day, he had them put me under and wheeled into the operating room...read full review

Fabulous doctor! Previous doctors at other facilities failed to treat and listen/ acknowledge my pain and problem. Dr. Bakshian didn't say much, but he did listen, answered my questions throughly and ultimately performed surgery.After my operation and during my recovery/ rehabilitation, of course I was sore and healing. But, I have NEVER again felt that same pain that I had been suffering from for 11 months without relief!Sometimes, he runs a little behind with appointment times but it's understandable. He is a very busy doctor between the hospital and his office. I don't mind the wait considering the fact, he made me bette. My pain is gone, hasn't returned and the scar...read full review
